Gorgeous and rare vintage glass handled cake plate made by Paden City Glass in the 1930's to 1940's with the embossed Crow's Foot pattern. It's in the most luscious shade of ruby red we have seen yet and apparently Paden City Glass was known for it. A trade paper of the time states: "... an unusually beautiful ruby shade. The color is not only diffused with utter precision, but is of an unique deepness and purity."
No chips or cracks on this piece. Some small surface scratches. Otherwise in very good vintage condition.
It measures 14 1/4" at its widest by 1 3/8" high.
