Vintage Large L. E. Smith Atterbury Scroll Honey Gold Glass Apothecary Jar

A vintage apothecary glass jar can store so many things in your home - cotton balls, potpourri, candy, cookies...you get the idea. In a beautiful shade of warm golden yellow called "honey gold", this jar was originally from a set of glass canisters. The pattern known as Atterbury Scroll is embossed in the glass on the sides and on the top of the lid. We like the idea of having it out on display with other containers in similar colors. Lots of small inherent air bubbles throughout.

It stands 9" high with the lid by 5" wide at the base. The opening is 3 1/2" wide. No chips or cracks. Plastic lid liner in great shape providing a tight seal. Very clean and in good vintage condition. Made in the U.S.A. by L. E. Smith.
