Mid Century Danish 3 Section Hand Painted Ceramic Tray by Kari Christensen for Royal Copenhagen Faience

This gorgeous mid century divided ceramic tray was produced in Denmark between 1961 and 1966. Created by Kari Christensen, a Norwegian ceramicist who made this for Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Factory.

It measures 11 5/8" long by 5 1/2" wide by 1 1/8" high. No chips or cracks. The spot on the center flower is part of a maker flaw. Some discoloration in the glaze around the edges of the interior design due to age. Crazing in the glaze throughout the piece otherwise in good vintage condition. Marked on the back with the "K" inside the "C" and the model number and design - 157 / 2,879.
