Reserved for E *Vintage Ann Mallory Large Ceramic Plate with Japanese Calligraphy Design

Reserved for E - This large stunning oversize platter has a hand painted design in the style of Japanese calligraphy. Created by the California ceramic artist, Ann Mallory, for her 1980's Sumi Line of dinnerware and service pieces, this collection was inspired by her time spent in Japan. Indigo glaze on a slightly off white ground. As much as we'd like to see this on our dining table, we also love the idea of hanging it on a wall.

The plate measures 11 3/4" in diameter and is 1 3/4" high. No chips or cracks. Genuine porcelain. Handmade in the USA.
