Mid-Century Teak Salad Bowl by Jens Harald Quistgaard for Dansk

Mid century staved teak salad bowl designed by Danish designer Jens Herald Quistgaard for Dansk in the 1960's. We are finding it hard to part with this handsome timeless piece.

It measures 10 1/4" wide at the opening and is 4" high. Wear is consistent with age and use. Overall in good vintage condition. Stamped "Dansk Designs Denmark IHQ" with the 4 ducks logo. Made in Denmark.

Helpful hint to keep your wood serving items looking good - just rinse with water and don't use soap. Condition them after drying with butcher block oil or a food grade mineral oil by rubbing a small amount into the grain of the wood with a soft clean cloth.
