This Scandinavian beauty is a necessity for your cheese platter. The top of the plane is 18/8 stainless steel with a cylindrical wooden handle. There is some wear on the plane but otherwise it's in good condition.
It measures 8 1/2" long and is 2 7/8" at its widest.
Made in Norway by Selandia.
Do not put in the dishwasher. Wash and dry by hand. Use butcher block oil when needed on the handle.
