Vintage Clear Old Schenley Glass Decanter

Get your bar looking spiffy for the holidays!

Beautiful circular honeycomb indentations throughout the pressed glass bottle and the stopper which is also glass with a plastic sleeve for a tight seal. In good vintage condition. No chips or cracks.

Embossed in the glass are the following - "Federal law forbids sale or re use of this bottle" "Old Schenley Bottled in Bond". This bottle was originally used for alcohol but the government in an attempt to discourage moonshine or homemade alcohol forbid re-using bottles like this one. It was manufactured somewhere between the late 1930's to possibly the mid 1960's. For the present, you can use for your own home brew but what about putting bath salts in it for an elegant gift?

It measures 10" high with the stopper, 5" wide at the base and 2 5/8" deep.
