Set of Four Mid Century Wood Snack Trays with Inlaid Cork Coasters

These little babies help your guests keep their snacks and drinks close at hand and off your furniture. Created at some point during the 1950's, the individual wood and cork combo trays became a home entertaining trend. This set has a unique printed red and white printed pattern on the cork "coaster" that is set in the tray and a beveled under edge for a better grip. In good vintage condition, the teak snack trays were made in Japan.

They measure 8 3/4" long by 5 1/2" wide and 1/2" in height. Sold as a set of four.

Helpful hint to keep the wood looking nice - wipe off with a clean damp cloth, then condition them with a little butcher block oil after drying. Do not immerse in water.
