Mid Century Vallauris Drip Glaze Decorative Dish

Stranger things....

Crazy cool decorative ceramic dish in rust with white drip and a smear of ochre on the top. Arching crossover swoop on a footed scooped out triangular bowl.

The Vallauris ceramic manufacturers would let their artists go crazy sometimes creating unique strange and one of a kind pieces. We think this piece might be one of those since we haven't found anything else like it on the internet. No cracks. One tiny chip on the glaze as seen in photo 8. Otherwise in good vintage condition.

It measures 8" wide by 4 1/2" high by about 3" deep. Label has been left on for provenance.
