The marquetry workmanship is so fabulous on this beautiful mid century wood tray. Pieces of olive wood are carefully placed to create a kaleidoscope pattern then varnished over to resist water and alcohol. Made by Hayadith, Ltd. of Padres-Hanna, Israel probably in the 1960's to 1970's.
The tray measures 16 1/2" long by 7 3/4" wide and it stands 1" high.
Helpful hint to keep the wood looking nice - wipe off with a clean damp cloth, then condition the handles with a little butcher block oil after drying. Do not immerse in water.
