Vintage Mexican Hand Painted White and Blue Ceramic Bird

Sorry, this item has sold.

A lovely chick with a beautiful tail - This vintage ceramic bird figurine would look nice sitting on the kitchen window sill. Allover white glaze and a cobalt blue color used for her accent. Hand painted in the traditional Mexican folk art style made popular by ceramic artists like Ken Edwards in Tonala, Mexico. No chips or cracks. One small dark spot in the glaze on her tail as seen in the photos.

She measures 4" high by 6 1/4" long and approximately 2 1/4" wide. Made in Mexico as marked on the bottom.
